錄音筆 Privacy Policy
本隱私權政策說明錄音筆 iOS App（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理與保護使用者資料。使用本 App 即表示你了解本政策所述內容。
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app 錄音筆 (Recorder) handles and protects user data. By using the app you acknowledge the practices described here. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English text, the Chinese text prevails.

一、適用範圍 / Scope
本政策適用於本 App 提供的錄音、暫停、停止、播放、播放進度調整、音質選擇、重新命名、刪除與分享錄音檔等功能。
This policy applies to all features of the app: recording, pausing, stopping, playback, playback position control, quality selection, renaming, deleting, and sharing audio files.
二、我們不主動收集個人資料 / We Do Not Collect Personal Data
本 App 不要求使用者註冊或登入，也不主動收集姓名、電話、電子郵件、精確位置、照片、通訊錄、付款資訊或其他可直接識別個人的資料。
The app has no account system and requires no registration or sign-in. It does not collect your name, phone number, email address, precise location, photos, contacts, payment information, or any other personally identifiable data.
本 App 不建立使用者帳號，不維護雲端個人資料庫，也不將使用者操作紀錄用於廣告投放或跨 App 追蹤。
We do not create user accounts, maintain a cloud user database, or use activity data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
三、App 功能涉及的資料處理 / Data Handling by Feature
- 麥克風權限：本 App 只會在你點選錄音功能時要求麥克風權限，目的是在你的裝置上錄製聲音。 Microphone permission: the app asks for microphone permission only when you start recording, so it can record audio on your device.
- 錄音檔：錄音檔會儲存在你的裝置本機文件目錄中。本 App 不會自動上傳錄音檔到我們的伺服器。 Audio files: recordings are stored locally in the app's documents directory on your device. The app does not automatically upload recordings to any server operated by us.
- 錄音資料：錄音標題、錄音時間、音質設定與檔案識別資料會儲存在裝置本機，用於顯示與管理錄音列表。 Recording metadata: titles, duration, quality setting, and file identifiers are stored locally on your device to display and manage the recording list.
- 分享功能：當你主動分享錄音檔時，檔案會交由 iOS 系統分享面板處理。分享後的資料處理方式取決於你選擇的 App 或服務。 Sharing: when you choose to share a recording, the file is handed to the standard iOS share sheet. Further handling depends on the app or service you select.
- 刪除功能：當你在 App 內刪除錄音時，本 App 會刪除本機錄音資料與對應音訊檔案。 Deleting: when you delete a recording in the app, the local recording metadata and corresponding audio file are removed.
四、第三方服務 / Third-Party Services
本 App 未整合第三方分析、廣告、當機回報、雲端同步、AI 或後端服務 SDK。
The app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud sync, AI, or backend service SDKs.
若你使用 iOS 分享面板將錄音檔傳送到其他 App 或服務，該第三方 App 或服務的資料處理方式適用其自身的隱私權政策。
If you use the iOS share sheet to send a recording to another app or service, that third-party app or service handles the data according to its own privacy policy.
五、追蹤、廣告與資料分享 / Tracking, Advertising, and Data Sharing
本 App 不使用 IDFA，不提供第三方廣告 SDK，不進行跨 App 或跨網站追蹤，也不出售、出租或提供使用者資料給資料經紀商。
The app does not use the IDFA, contains no advertising SDK, performs no cross-app or cross-site tracking, and does not sell, rent, or provide user data to data brokers.
六、資料保存 / Data Retention
錄音檔與錄音列表資料會保存在你的裝置上，直到你在 App 內刪除錄音、移除 App，或由 iOS 系統依其機制移除資料為止。
Recordings and recording list data remain on your device until you delete recordings in the app, uninstall the app, or iOS removes data according to its own system behavior.
七、兒童隱私 / Children's Privacy
本 App 並非以兒童為主要使用對象，也不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
八、政策更新 / Changes to This Policy
我們可能因 App 功能、法規要求或服務調整而更新本隱私權政策。更新後的版本會公布於本頁，並以頁面標示的更新日期為準。
We may update this policy as the app, applicable regulations, or our services change. Updates are published on this page and take effect on the date shown below.
